Refund Policy

At Dayblazer, each experience is specially arranged with our hosts, and your booking secures their time, workspace, and preparation. Because of this, all purchases are strictly non-refundable.

Please read this policy carefully before making your booking.

No Refunds

Once payment is made:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the experience.

  • All bookings are final and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations by Participant

If you choose to cancel for any reason:

  • There will be no refund

  • There will be no rescheduling or credit
     

We recommend checking your schedule and availability before making payment.

Cancellations by Dayblazer or the Host

In rare cases where Dayblazer or the host must cancel due to emergencies, safety concerns, illness, or operational issues:
You will receive:

  • A full refund,
    or

  • A free reschedule (subject to availability)
     

This is the only scenario where refunds may be issued.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled session.

  • No-shows receive no refund or reschedule.

Participant Responsibilities

  • By booking, you agree to:

  • Ensure your availability on the selected date/time

  • Follow host instructions
    Respect the host’s workspace or environment

  • Acknowledge that experiences may vary depending on daily real-life work conditions
