Find out what it actually takes to get behind the decks and make a room move. This is not a music appreciation class. You are stepping into a real DJ studio, getting your hands on professional equipment and mixing your own track by the end of it. WHAT YOU WILL GET INTO -The real story behind becoming a professional DJ in Singapore and what the life actually looks like -How DJ equipment and software works and what separates a beginner setup from a professional one -The fundamentals of mixing: timing, transitions, music selection and reading a crowd HOW THE SESSION RUNS -Tour the studio and get a proper introduction to the gear and setup used by professional DJs -Get hands on with the equipment and learn what everything actually does -Watch a live mixing demonstration by a resident DJ -Take over the decks and mix your own session using music you choose -Ask the DJ anything about the industry, the career and what it really takes to make it WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH -A real feel for what DJing actually involves beyond what it looks like from the dancefloor -A mixed track you created yourself during the session to take home -An honest understanding of the craft, the equipment and what building a DJ career in Singapore looks like We run sessions for corporate teams, schools and private groups, and are always looking to open up new worlds on Dayblazer. Dayblazer Waiver & Policy By booking or participating in a Dayblazer experience, you acknowledge and agree that: • Dayblazer is a platform that connects participants with independent hosts. Experiences are conducted and managed solely by the host. • Participation is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. You accept responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Dayblazer, its directors, employees, and representatives from claims arising from your participation. Any liability of Dayblazer is limited to the amount paid for the experience. • You confirm that you are fit to participate, will follow all safety instructions, and are responsible for your personal belongings. • You consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking and administration purposes, and to the use of photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise. • Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent. • Host cancellations will receive a full refund or credit note. Participant cancellations made at least 2 days before the session will receive a credit note. Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. • By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and policy.
