Ever wondered what it's really like to be a florist? This is your chance to live it, for a day. Bonus: You get to visit a wholesale Flower market and get to take home your curated bouquet. Service Description Find out what it actually takes to work with flowers and create arrangements that people remember. This is not a flower arranging workshop. You are stepping into the world of a real florist, visiting a wholesale flower market, working with fresh blooms, and creating your own arrangement by the end of it. WHAT YOU WILL GET INTO The real story behind being a florist and what the profession actually looks like day-to-day How florists source, select, and care for flowers before they ever reach a customer The fundamentals of flower conditioning, colour selection, composition, and arrangement design HOW THE SESSION RUNS Visit a wholesale flower market and learn how florists choose the best blooms Select flowers alongside a professional florist and understand what makes a quality stem Return to the studio and learn how to condition and prepare flowers properly Design and create your own floral arrangement using professional techniques Ask your florist anything about the industry, the craft, and what it takes to build a career in floristry WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH A real feel for what floristry actually involves beyond the finished bouquet Your own floral arrangement to take home An honest understanding of the skills, creativity, and work that goes into being a professional florist Run in small groups of no more than four participants so you receive personal guidance throughout the experience. No prior experience required. All materials and florals included. Take home your arrangement at the end. Minimum age 21. We run sessions for corporate teams, schools and private groups, and are always looking to open up new worlds on Dayblazer. Dayblazer Waiver & Policy By booking or participating in a Dayblazer experience, you acknowledge and agree that: • Dayblazer is a platform that connects participants with independent hosts. Experiences are conducted and managed solely by the host. • Participation is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. You accept responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Dayblazer, its directors, employees, and representatives from claims arising from your participation. Any liability of Dayblazer is limited to the amount paid for the experience. • You confirm that you are fit to participate, will follow all safety instructions, and are responsible for your personal belongings. • You consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking and administration purposes, and to the use of photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise. • Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent. • Host cancellations will receive a full refund or credit note. Participant cancellations made at least 2 days before the session will receive a credit note. Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. • By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and policy.
